Welcome to Ecowood Kitchen. By accessing our website (ecowood-kitchen.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Information & Use

  • Natural Products: We sell natural dates, nuts, and spicy powders. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in color and texture are normal.
  • Allergy Warning: Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions. Ecowood Kitchen is not liable for allergic reactions to nuts or seeds.
  • Storage: Proper storage after delivery (cool, dry place) is the customer’s responsibility to ensure food safety.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payments (bKash/Nagad).
  • For COD, payment must be made to the delivery agent before unboxing, as per standard courier policy in Bangladesh.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to all 64 districts of Bangladesh via local delivery partners.
  • Delivery Timeline: 1–2 days within Dhaka and 3–5 days for outside Dhaka.
  • Delivery Liability: Once the product is handed over to the courier, Ecowood Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather, or political situations.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Food Safety: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for food items once the seal is broken or for “change of mind.”
  • Damage Claims: If you receive a damaged product, you must provide an unboxing video/photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund for verified transit damages.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ecowood Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
